Healthcare Assistant

RJ Response are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to work Part time or Full time (including some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis) to join our team and support our clients in achieving greater independence and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include: assisting clients with daily living activities and social activities, monitoring clients' condition and reporting any changes or concerns, supporting mobility and rehabilitation efforts, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate patient records.
