We’re looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our growing Additional Needs team. You’ll support clients with learning disabilities, autism, and other social and emotional mental health needs in a rolling shift pattern, including sleep ins, 24 hour shifts, and days. You’ll work with regular clients and a rota set months in advance, offering consistency and work–life balance.
