You can get free period products for yourself or someone else at many locations on Island:

• liners
• pads
• tampons
  
• re-usable products, such as menstrual cups and period pants
  

The type of products offered depends on the location. 

Free period products are available to Islanders or visitors if you:

• have forgotten or run out of products
• cannot afford products
• have come on your period unexpectedly

You don’t need to order. You can just come to one of the locations and pick-up what you need.

Caught short products and locations

You can find single pads and tampons at all locations.

Look out for free dispensers.

Public toilets 

Public toilets are open 24/7.

You can find dispensers in women toilets.

Monthly supplies and locations

Free period products are also available in packs:

• normal essential liners, pack of 50 liners
• super soft pads, pack of 14 pads
• ultra-thin pads night, pack of 10 pads
• applicator tampon regular, pack of 12 tampons
• applicator tampon super, pack of 12 tampons

You can take packs for your monthly cycle or longer.

You can get free re-usable products:

Come to one of the locations and take what you need.

If you have questions or need more information on re-usable products you can speak to a healthcare professionals present.

Period pants

You can get period pants for teens or adults.

Mesh bags are also available if you want to select more than 1 product.​

Menstrual cups

You can get menstrual cups in size 1 and 2.

Size 1 cups are for women aged under 30 who have not given birth.

You should use a size 2 if you're aged over 30 or have given birth.

The cup comes with an organic cotton bag.​
