About the consultation

​The States of Jersey adopted the Limited Liability Companies (Jersey) Law 2018 (the “LLC Law”) in September 2018 and since then, work has been ongoing to ensure the appropriate framework of regulations is introduced to support the establishment in Jersey of limited liability companies. As a result of that work, three sets of regulations have been produced and the Government of Jersey now seeks views on the content of those draft regulations.
