About the consultation

​The Parish of St Ouen in conjunction with Growth, Housing and Environment is proposing safety improvements for La Route de Vinchelez.

The proposals being considered are:

  • removing the pelican crossing
  • installing a zebra crossing with central island 
  • widening out the footways 
  • creating a new access into the car park from La Route de Vinchelez
  • providing a bus shelter by the shops
