About the consultation

​The Minister for the Environment has received an application to vary an existing waste management licence (reference WML001) from The Minister for Infrastructure. This is a consultation made under the Waste Management (Jersey) Law, 2005. If granted, the waste management licence will authorise the physical treatment and composting of controlled waste (beach cleaning seaweed waste) at the La Collette Phase II Reclamation Site, La Collette, St. Helier, JE2 3NX.
