About the consultation

We would like to hear your views on the Minister for the Environment's draft planning guidance for the redevelopment and regeneration of the land owned by the Government of Jersey at Cyril Le Marquand House, St. Helier.

The Cyril Le Marquand House Development and Design Brief will provide the planning and design guidelines that developers will need to follow when preparing planning applications for the site.

Before adopting the new guidance, the Minister for the Environment would like to hear Islanders' views including:

  • what the site should be used for
  • what form of development people want to see there
  • what improvements to the local area might this new development support
