About the consultation

If the licence is granted, the licenced quantity is not to exceed 60 cubic metres (approximately 13198.2 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

How to submit comments to the consultation
Anyone who wants to make representations under Article 8 (Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007) can send an email to the Regulator at envprotection@gov.je. All representations must be received by 14 April 2023 (no later than 7 days following the period for inspection), and quoting the application reference (L0240).
Copies of representations will be passed to the applicant and may be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
