The amendments to the freight container regulations come into force

07 November 2017

​The Health and Safety at Work (Freight Containers Safety Convention)(Amendment)(Jersey) Regulations 2017 come into force on 07 November 2017. These regulations amend the Health and Safety at Work (Freight Containers Safety Convention)(Jersey) Regulations 1994 to reflect changes made to the International Convention for Safe Containers 1972.

The 1994 regulations and the 2017 amendment to the regulations can be found on the Jersey Law website.
