How many properties surveyed and how many of those found with 200 or more becquerels per cubic metre?

How many public buildings were surveyed and how many of those were found to have 200 or more becquerels per cubic metre?

Please provide a breakdown of how many of these were schools, hospital facilities, States buildings, and so on.

The information requested is already available online and can be accessed through the link below and is, therefore, technically exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

One Public building was surveyed in 2012. It was not above 200 becquerels per cubic metre.

The public building surveyed was a States Building.

23 Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
