Response

The below data has been presented in a way that will not identify employees as this information is personal information and so is exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information Law Jersey Law 2011 (the “FOI Law”), which refers to personal information.

Our current sickness information is created and maintained on a 12 month rolling basis so, in effect, it is not “held”. However we are aiming to produce a quarterly sickness report for the first 2 quarters of 2015 by July 2015.

Information in some areas of this response has been consolidated across all categories to protect the identity of employees in those particular roles in the organisation.
