I request a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding made between the Attorney General, the States of Jersey Police, the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the Government of Jersey, which is referenced at 9.1 of the Economic Crime and Confiscation Unit and Joint Financial Crimes Unit Operating Protocol dated 20 July 2017.

Response

The information requested is not held by the States of Jersey Police at this time. Currently, the States of Jersey Police only hold draft versions of the document which may not fully represent the finished Memorandum of Understanding. The final signed version is awaited.

However, once the document is obtained, it will be published.
