From 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2018, what is the staff turnover of Social workers employed by States of Jersey working for Children’s Services?

For the same period as above what is the staff turnover of agency Social workers working for Children’s services?

Response

Between 1 January 2017 and 31 March 2018, 12 permanent Social Workers ceased working for Children’s Services. In addition, 13 agency Social Workers also ceased working for the service as a result of contract completion.

The budgeted staff complement for Social Worker staff (ie non-management) in Children’s Services is 48 full time equivalent staff.
