Regarding our new Hospital in Gloucester Street, please can you provide me with the following information?

A

The names of each individual department and their square footage in Gloucester Street.

B

The names of each individual department and their square footage in Westaway Court.

C

The size of the new catering unit that is rented at St Peter.

D

The number of car parking spaces for numbers A, B, and C above.

The information you have requested is exempt under Article 23 (Accessible by other means) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as the information is already available to you on the following websites.

This information was correct at the end of 2017 when the first reporting stage RIBA 1 was agreed. The next reporting stage is at the end of RIBA stage 2 is still a work in progress and has not been finalised.

Patriotic Street car park is available for patient parking for the new building on the main Gloucester Street site. Parking allocations were discussed at the neighbourhood business forum on 24 October 2018, notes of which are available at the following link (see page 2):
