Please provide any information sharing agreements in place with the UK department of transport, UK local authorities or UK parking charge companies, underpinning the sharing of registered keeper addresses for Jersey registered vehicles to these authorities.

Response

The States of Jersey do not have any data sharing agreements in place with any of the UK organisations requested. However, Article 19 of the Motor Vehicle Registration (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1993 (revised 1 January 2018) provides for the release of information from the vehicle register to any parties who have a reasonable cause for the registration details.
