The organisation is required to provide Programme Director Services for the Government of Jersey Accommodation Programme. This includes the development of a strategy and brief for rationalising the estate by delivery of a new hub building to house the Government of Jersey and determine and deliver required interim staff relocations.

The Contract is with Plan RB Ltd who have over 20 years’ experience in representing public and private sector organisations in defining and delivering to completion large scale and complex built projects and programmes.
