Request

Having seen that Hue Court has been given the green light to house health staff can you advise on the following:

A

How much rental income has been generated in the past five years by health staff on any accommodation? (If this can be listed year by year)

B

How many units for health staff are currently unoccupied? (Can this be broken down into the number of rooms in each unit, if this information is available?)

C

How many units for health staff are currently rented out to health staff? (Can this be broken down into the number of rooms in each unit, if this information is available?)

D

Are any of the current rental units for health staff occupied by Government of Jersey staff that do not work for the health department? If so how many, and can reasons be given as to why these are not being used to house health staff?

E

Are any of the current rental units for health staff occupied by members of the public that are no longer employed by the Government of Jersey? If so how many, and can reasons be given as to why these are not being used to house health staff?

F

What is the amount of money owed in rental arrears for health rental units? Can you also provide how long these rent arrears have been outstanding for?
