F

A copy of the previous contract(s) between the Government of Jersey and Digimap for the service(s) ending 8 November 2019 or 2020. The previous exemption reason 33 was only quoted on the grounds that a tender process was imminent. If any content is considered commercially sensitive (eg contract values) then please redact these and provide the remaining contents of the contract so as not to invoke Exemption 33.

Response

A

C

219 expressions of interest were received for this tender opportunity.  The number of tenders received cannot be disclosed as the evaluation process is currently underway.

D

The evaluation process for this tender opportunity is currently underway and therefore the successful supplier has not been identified.

E

As outlined within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document it is anticipated that the contract duration will be for three years with an option to extend for a further two years.  The actual contract period will be defined during the evaluation process however the awarded contract will not exceed what is outlined within the ITT.

F

The previous contract cannot be released during a live competitive tender process as this could compromise the government's commercial position.
