Please supply copies of any correspondence, whether by email or letter, that have taken place since 1 June 2020 and the date when this request is answered, between the Planning Department, on the one hand, and the owner (or any other person or corporate body representing the owner, eg a firm of architects) of the grade three listed property known as Roseneath, situated on La Route du Fort, St Helier, where the subject of this correspondence was advised on proposed internal and external changes to the property. These changes are currently being undertaken without a planning application having been submitted.

Response

The department do not hold any correspondence relating to this address since 1 June 2020. Planning application P/2019/1445 was approved in January 2020 allowing works to the chimney shared with the adjacent property, Sombrero.
