Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by Government of Jersey on behalf of the States Greffe and published on 14 June 2021.
Prepared internally, no external costs.

Request

On 30 April 2021, the commissioner for standards issued a report into an investigation he had carried out into Senator Kristina Moore.

The report references an initial letter of complaint made by the Chief Minister and a 22-page response from Senator Moore. However, neither is attached to the appendices of the commissioner's report.

Please release both the Chief Minister's letter and Senator Moore's response.

Response

The information is exempt from disclosure as it is already in the public domain.

The Privileges and Procedures Committee has presented the two items of correspondence to the States as an appendix to the report of the Commissioner for Standards.
