Please provide, in figures, the cost per year to the Government of the 10 patients with the highest cost attributable to  in 2019, 2020 and so far in 2021.

Response

The total net health cost of the 10 highest cost patients for 2019 was £2,693,495. This includes the patients’ entire care provision from HCS for the year.

The summarised information is currently only available for 2019.
