Please identify credible savings, efficiencies and improvements in government services to the public created under Charlie Parker's tenure.  Please provide as many as can be identified within the Freedom of Information constraints.

Please find the links below which provide the published documents on the delivery of savings, efficiencies and improvements in Government Services. As this information is already publicly available, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

The efficiencies programme for 2020 to 2023 has been outlined within the ‘Efficiencies Plan 2020-23’. This sets out the programme and provides more detail on the efficiencies agreed for delivery in 2020.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
