Request

May I just ask please - the public meeting which took place on 13th January 2020 and which was videoed, went through the Quality & Performance report for 2019 and so this document is clearly in the public domain. It is not however included in the Board Pack for the meeting.

Could you please forward a copy to me and let me know where this is published publicly please?

B

Could I also please have a copy of the Quality & Performance Report for 2020?

Quality and Performance Report - December 2020

Note:

Prior to the publication of the Quality and Performance Report in August 2021, previous versions of this report were for internal use only as a tool to further develop understanding of HCS’s service delivery.

Progress has been made in this area and the reports now include;

  1. Exception reporting
  2. Data sources
  3. Standard thresholds
