The current rent being paid for the site of Faulkner Fisheries at St Ouen is £2,500 per annum paid in quarterly instalments.

There is no current lease but following the first lease there is a rolling quarterly implied lease. 

The link below is the Ministerial Decision notifying the States of the Assistant Treasury Minister’s intention for Jersey Property Holdings to commence the process of renewing the ​lease in relation to this site.
