How much does Andium pay Customer and Local Services, or the States in some sense, to receive
A
Direct payments of rent for claimants from CLS; and
B
For the benefit of enhanced reporting in respect of claimants’ circumstances that is not otherwise afforded to private landlords?

A
Customer & Local Services does not receive any payment from Andium, or any other housing provider or landlord for direct payment of rent in respect of income support claimants. The direct payment of income support to a third party, such as a landlord for rent, is governed by the income support legislation.
B
There is no enhanced reporting of income support claimants’ circumstances where they are Andium tenants. Tenants will share directly with Andium, or any other housing provider or landlord, their estimated or actual rate of income support benefit entitlement so that they can calculate the balance of rent to be paid by the tenant where the income support entitlement is insufficient to cover the full rent and any charges.
