The number of pupils at Hautlieu School that have returned to their previous school in each academic year for the past five years.

If the number isn't too small, the schools that the pupils returned to and the numbers returning to each school for each of the five years. If the number for each school is too small of a group, just an overall number returning to previous schools is fine.

The intake at Hautlieu in each academic year for the past five years.

12 pupils at Hautlieu School have returned to their previous school in the past five full academic years.

The numbers of pupils returning to their previous schools in each academic year are too small to disclose as personal information is exempt. Therefore, a total has been provided. This total reflects those in year 10 and year 11 only.

The number of students returning to their previous schools is too small to disclose the schools that they returned to.

Therefore, the information is being withheld under the personal information exemption.

Absolute Exemption 25 Personal Information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.

Absolute Exemption 23 Information accessible by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
