Please could you breakdown the total number of applicants to jobs in the public sector by both nationality and ethnicity (or by either if the application process doesn't ask for both) for 2015. Please also breakdown the total number of new appointments by nationality and ethnicity for 2015.

Of the 521 new appointments in 2015, 44.14% stated their ethnicity as White British and 35.32% stated their ethnicity as White Jersey.

We do not currently hold the ethnicity for 13 (2.5%) of new appointments.
