The Official Voting Guide for Jersey (vote.je)

Article 13A of the Public Elections (Expenditure and Donations) (Jersey) Law 2014 creates the requirement for a political party to declare “reportable donations” to the JEA. Under Article 13B it is an offence to fail to comply with the declaration requirements. The threshold amount for a reportable donation is set at £500 by the Public Elections (Donations to Political Parties – Threshold Amount) (Jersey) Regulations 2022. There is no requirement to declare donations under threshold amount of £500.
