2) The Number of Complaints that resulted in action being taken by Government against a Taxi Company or Taxi Driver.
3) If any action taken, please breakdown the type of action taken (eg Words of Advice, Suspension, PSV Licence Removal etc)
It is noted that the list of Taxi Companies Feedback Form does not include all those listed elsewhere on Gov.je as currently trading and also includes those which have ceased operations.
