The Ports of Jersey Annual Report 2024 should have been published by the end of May. Please publish a copy and advise the reason for the delay. Ports of Jersey is 100% owned by the Government of Jersey and their accounts are consolidated into the main accounts. The States of Jersey is obliged to publish consolidated entities. This request is under the States of Jersey FOI permissions albeit technically Ports of Jersey fulfills the original FOI criteria as it was established by proposition. The decision to exclude Ports of Jersey from FOI requests is political rather than legal.
