When Government support is provided to airlines for route development / new routes (e.g. Blue Islands to Paris, British Airways to Heathrow, Finistair to Brest etc) how is the positive impact upon the achievement of KPIs / targets by Executives of Ports of Jersey Limited taken into account?
If the impact is not assessed, Government is paying, using taxpayer funds, for bonuses to be triggered?
