Employees with flexible working arrangements

I would like to request statistics regarding flexible working arrangements within the People Services and Health and Care Jersey departments. Specifically, could you provide the following information:

The number of employees in each department who currently have formal flexible working arrangements in place.

The percentage of the workforce in each department working flexibly, excluding informal working-from-home arrangements, as these are not considered formal flexible working requests.
