Please disclose details of whether Jersey has or is planning to grant any deep sea mining licenses (to companies including but not limited to SM2 and Magellan), whether they can be granted without consultation with the International Seabed Authority and whether environmental impact is considered/monitored and how.

Jersey Waters are not deep enough for Deep Sea mining; therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
