The annual report on the rented dwellings licensing scheme reported that 18,044 licences fad been issued. How many people and organisations registered properties?

The Scheduled Public Authority does not hold the requested breakdowns regarding dwellings licences in an extractable format.
To respond to this request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information. A Scheduled Public Authority is not required to manipulate and create new data sets; consequently, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies
