European Union Trade Marks ​

European Union Trade Marks are not protected in Jersey. 

Trade mark protection in Jersey can be obtained by re-registration of a trade mark first obtained in the United Kingdom (this includes so-called ‘comparable UK trade marks’). 

Additionally, under current legislation, International Trade Marks designating the United Kingdom are automatically protected in Jersey.​
