Summary

​This report is a study commissioned by the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture Department to assess the extent to which 'access to finance' in the Island is potentially acting as a barrier to economic growth.  

The study draws on research and consultations with government bodies, financiers, high net worth individual (HNWIs) and business owners from a broad range of sectors currently operating across Jersey.
