Summary

​​The 2010 Housing Business Plan sets out the Department's key objectives and performance indicators for 2010. The Housing Department aims to ensure that long-term, sustainable and affordable housing is provided to meet the needs of all residents, as set out by Priority 14 of the 2009-2014 Strategic Plan. The key projects and issues for the Department in 2010 are as follows:    
  • the Social Housing Property Plan
  • a fundamental Review of Social Housing (The Whitehead Review)
  • an excellent relationship between the Department and its tenants
  • working together with other departments
