Summary

​​The Council of Ministers is proposing a spending envelope in 2013 which incorporates an overall savings target of £65 million.

The summaries and departmental analysis in this document show the breakdown of the savings target.

These targets will be further evaluated by departments for final inclusion within the 2012 and 2013 Business Plans in accordance with the Public Finances (Jersey) Law.
