Data Update and Revision Notice: 29 May 2025
The original 2024 Alcohol Profile included provisional 2023 hospital data; however, it has since come to light that a significant portion of cases had not yet been clinically coded, limiting reliability. This revised edition replaces the 2023 data with more complete 2022 figures to provide a more accurate picture of alcohol-related hospital admissions in Jersey.
In addition, further analysis has enabled the inclusion of updated mortality data for 2023, offering a more current picture of alcohol-related deaths on the Island.
All other sections of this profile remain unchanged.
This biennial report contains the latest alcohol statistics for Jersey, for the calendar year 2024.
