This report was commissioned to consider the Department for Education, Sports and Culture resourcing / investment in early years and childcare, the Early Years and Childcare Partnership (EYCP) and Nursery Education Fund (NEF), making recommendations for the development of a comprehensive and coherent approach to early years and childcare.
