​Following the publication of the charities law consultation, the Chief Minister's Department has produced a report summarising the feedback received.

 

A set of slides providing an overview of the findings is also available.

 

It should be noted that the timetable for the project has been revised in order to allow for a longer consultation period on the draft law. This is as a direct result of concerns raised during the consultation. However, the timetable could change if any additional issues arise during the drafting and development of the law.
