Summary

The Department of the Environment appointed 4insight to conduct a series of focus groups to:

  • probe into the access paths different user types' needs
  • explore the reasons behind conflicts between the various user groups
  • uncover the appropriateness of the various new path type options proposed by the Countryside Access Strategy for Jersey 2014
  • co-create a means of compromise between various stakeholders' needs and values with an appreciation of costs and environmenal concerns

The resulting report forms part of the Countryside Access Strategy for Jersey
