Andrew specialises in anaesthesia, intensive care medicine, perioperative medicine and acute pain.
Training
Andrew graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School in 1993. Junior doctor appointments included six months in obstetrics and gynaecology in Jersey in 1995.
He undertook his anaesthesia and intensive care training in the South East of Scotland. For 16 months he was the Clinical Research Fellow in vascular anaesthesia at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. He completed his training in 2004 and was appointed a locum consultant in anaesthesia and intensive care at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
In 2005 Andrew was appointed a substantive consultant in anaesthesia and intensive care at Jersey General Hospital.
