​​About Plémont Ward

Plémont Ward is a medical frailty ward located on fifth floor of Jersey General Hospital.

Our team

We have a wide multi-disciplinary team that visit the wards daily to support with patient’s needs. 

Our team includes: 

  • doctors
  • nurses
  • healthcare assistants
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists

Park​ing

Parking is available in Patriotic Street car park.

What to bring

When you visit the ward bring:

  • all your current medications
  • loose casual clothes and ​night wear
  • well supported and comfortable shoes​
  • necessary toiletries

We encourage all patients to bring supplies of their own clothes.

We support getting up and dressed​ in hospital during the day time as part of the End PJ Paralysis movement.

Contact us

We recommend patients nominate 1 person as a point of contact to make enquiries to the ward. ​We prefer you to make routine calls after 10am.

We cannot always answer the phone straight away If we are with patients.

Patient confidentiality is essential. There may be occasions when we are unable to share information. Contact the ward manager if you need to discuss this.
