Construction: notification form for major projects

It is a legal requirement for the Health and Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) to notify us about major construction projects in accordance with Regulation 9 of the 'Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016'

Notify the Health and Safety Inspectorate about a major construction project 

A major construction project is one lasting more than 30 working days or 500 person days.

Guidance on the notification form is available for HSPCs.
