Jersey Gambling Commission

​What is the Jersey Gambling Commission?​​

The Jersey Gambling Commission (JGC) is responsible for the licensing, registration and regulation of gambling. The commission is made up of a non-executive board together with three executive officers.

If you need a gambling licence, or would like any information about the legislation applying to gambling, contact the Jersey Gambling Commission. 

Their website contains information such as application forms, public consultations and news releases relating to all forms of remote gambling, land-based commercial gambling and social and charitable gambling in Jersey.
