Youth Enquiry Service (YES)

The YES project

The YES project is supported by the States of Jersey and helps young people find up-to-date and accurate information and advice that they can use to make informed choices on a range of issues.

It provides counselling and information to anyone aged 14 to 25 and its services are free, confidential and independent.

The YES project is based at Eagle House, La Colomberie in St Helier. It deals with enquiries about:

  • bereavement
  • Income Support claims
  • legal issues
  • housing
  • education
  • sexual health (including the Condom Distribution Scheme and free Chlamydia tests)
  • drugs and alcohol
  • relationships

If you have a question or just want to talk, YES is there to support you.

Opening times

Counselling appointments are available from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm

Appointments can also be made outside these hours.
