Alterations To School Bus Service In 2007

The Transport and Technical Services Department has reviewed the school bus services that have experienced overloading problems in the past with the previous service and has come up with changes that are intended to improve the situation.

These amendments will apply from 4 January 2007 to services to and from Jersey College for Girls, Victoria College, Hautlieu, Beaulieu and De La Salle on Wellington Hill and Mont Millais, as well as FCJ Primary School.

Students at these schools and their parents or guardians are advised to check the revised timetables carefully. These will be published in the Jersey Evening Post on 14 December and again on 30 December. They will also be available on www.gov.je/schoolbus from 14 December and in leaflet form from the schools, with advice sheets if required.

There are no alterations to services for Les Quennevais, Grainville, Haute Vallee and Le Rocquier schools.
