Bus Timetables on Sale

​​​Transport and Technical Services are reminding members of the public that all households will receive a free copy of the new summer bus timetables in the week commencing 18 June. They will be distributed together with the Jersey Consumer Council newsletter. However, the new timetables, which cover the scheduled summer services as well as the new Explorer services, will be on sale for 50p in the Connex Information Office at the Weighbridge from Saturday should any member of the public require an additional or early copy. They are also available on the Connex website from Monday 21 May.

The Minister for Transport and Technical Services, Deputy Guy de Faye , said, “As the taxpayer subsidises the public bus services, I consider it is absolutely right that they can see what they are getting for their money by giving households a copy of the summer timetable. I also want Island residents to be aware of the enhanced service now available, with the main scheduled network integrated with the new Explorer routes. These are services available to all, not just our visitors”
