Roadworks Start Today At The Junction Of La Rue de Galet

Jersey Water commence works today and continue until 26 January on La Route de St Aubin at the junction with La Rue de Galet. These works do not impinge on the recently resurfaced road, which is under a twelve months excavation embargo.

Jersey Water could not have carried out these works at the same time as the resurfacing in November 2006 as this would have caused increased and unacceptable traffic disruption as well as site management problems and the potential for delays and increased costs
